FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT LEVEL OF LICENSING DO I NEED FOR THE QR CODE?
There are a number of licensing options available to you depending on how you wish to use the connector. The key thing to understand is that the connector is classed as premium, therefore you will need an uplifted license to create and consume the services.
If you are using this within PowerApps, then you will need either a Per User or Per App license assigned. If you are using it only within Power Automate, then you will need a Per User or a Per Process license.
I TRIED TO USE THE CONNECTOR BUT I WAS ASKED FOR AN API KEY. HOW DO I GET THIS?
An API key is generated for you the first time that you either request a trial with Vantage 365, or you purchase one of the execution packages. The API key should then be used when creating the connection within the Power Platform.
