As a Microsoft 365 Consultant you will be taking part in the delivery of quality solutions utilising Microsoft 365 technology, with focus on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform. You will also attend workshops, interact with customers regarding support, and use your technical skills to further the brand awareness of Vantage 365.

The job is expected to be carried out within our office in the Midlands, with the opportunity for home and remote working part of the time. The reason is to foster a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy to multiple customers
- Development of business solutions using Microsoft Technology, with key focus on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate
- Support for existing customers
- Attending workshops and client sites when required
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Attending and supporting sales opportunities
- Support and mentorship of junior members of the team
- Any other duties required as part of the role
Experience & Skills Required
- Required: A proven track record of working on collaboration projects using Microsoft technology
- Required: An understanding of cloud technologies with emphasis on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps and Power Automate
- Required: Experience of taking part in customer facing meetings and workshops
- Essential: Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Required: The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desirable: MS-900 Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification
- Desirable: AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals certification
- Desirable: PL-900 Power Platform Fundamentals certification
